Professor Lamar Pierce, Olin Business School
Biography
Lamar Pierce joined the Olin faculty in 2007 after earning his PhD at UC Berkeley. Lamar's research focuses on economic and psychological factors that impact both productivity and misconduct, and the organizational solutions to jointly address these effects. Lamar is the current Editor-in-Chief at Organization Science.
