Biography
Melanie Wasserman is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Her research investigates the mechanisms underlying gender differences in labor market and educational outcomes. Prior to her time at UCLA, Wasserman completed her undergraduate education at UC Berkeley and doctoral studies at MIT, during which she obtained a BA in German and a BA and PhD in Economics
