Biography

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. My research broadly spans labor, personnel, and behavioral economics, with a particular interest in studying worker's incentives and behavioral patterns. In addition, I conduct experiments to explore individuals' decision-making processes. I am on the 2024-2025 job market.
