Biography 

Scott Fulkerson Scott Fulkerson has over fourteen years of public accounting experience as a member of Ernst & Young’s retail, consumer products, technology and communications industry team. A bachelor’s degree in business economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A Certified Public Accountant in California.
