Biography
Timothy McQuade is the California Chancellor’s Chair of Real Estate and Land Economics, and an Associate Professor in the Real Estate and Finance groups at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. His core research interests lie in issues related to real estate economics, household finance, and innovation. His previous work has focused on the local welfare effects of affordable housing, the consequences of rent control, and optimal mortgage design. Read More
