Molly Schwarz is a PhD Candidate in Economics at UC Santa Barbara. She graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2016 with a bachelor's in Economics and Mathematics. Her research interests lie at the intersection of Labor Economics and Education Economics, specifically focusing on the labor market decisions of teachers.
