Biography
Gonzalo Vazquez-Bare is an Econometrician interested in designing methods for the analysis of treatment effects and policy evaluation. His recent research projects study the identification and estimation of causal spillover effects, and extrapolation in multiple-cutoff regression discontinuity designs. Prior to joining the Department of Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara as an Assistant Professor, Gonzalo earned a PhD in Economics and an M.A. in Statistics from the University of Michigan in 2018.
