Biography
Ben Handel is an Associate Professor of Economics at UC Berkeley. His research is specialized in Industrial Organization, Health Economics, Applied Microeconomics, and Information Economics, particularly in regards to health insurance markets, decision-making under uncertainty, and health care provision. He obtained his PhD in Economics from Northwestern University.
