Cathy Weinberger is an independent scholar affiliated with the UCSB Department of Economics and the Institute for Social, Behavioral, and Economic Research. She obtained her PhD in Economics from UC Berkeley and currently conducts research in Labor Economics, Education Economics, and Game Theory,
