Professor Lint Barrage Selected to Serve as an Author on Fifth National Climate Assessment
Professor Lint Barrage, along with two other UCSB professors, has been selected to serve as an author for the Fifth National Climate Assessment
Economics Professor Lint Barrage, along with Professors Halley Froehlich and Eric Masanet, have have been selected by the United States Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) to serve as authors for the Fifth National Climate Assessment. This assessment, and subsequent document, is released every four years and is meant to inform lawmakers on the impacts of climate change.
Barrage is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, and has been teaching Economics since earning her PhD in Economics from Yale University in 2013. Her research lies at the intersection of Macro-Public and Environmental Economics, with a special focus on climatic risks.
