Undergraduate Economics Association Launches Series on COVID-19
UCSB’s Undergraduate Economics Association presents its new virtual series Conversations on COVID-19.
The Undergraduate Economics Association (UEA) has launched Conversations on COVID-19, an educational series intended to teach UCSB students about the coronavirus pandemic.
The series will air weekly on Friday at 3pm, and will consist of a 20- to 30-minute talk by a faculty member or a UCSB alumnus on a topic relating to Economics and COVID-19. Each talk will be followed by a question/answer period.
Those who are interested in participating in the discussion are encouraged to attend. Participants do not have to speak or have their web camera enabled, and they are welcome to ask questions through the chat function!
Links to the live-streamed talks will be available on UEA’s Facebook Page. A Facebook account is not needed to attend.
