Biography
Alp Simsek is a Professor of Finance from the Yale School of Management. In addition to this, Professor Simsek is a Faculty Research Fellow at NBER and a Research Fellow CEPR. Prior to his Yale appointment, he served as an Associate Professor at MIT. This is where he also received his PhD in Economics from. His research is centered on Macroeconomics, specifically the connections between financial markets and the macroeconomy.
