Biography
Mitchell Hoffman is an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management and the University of Toronto Department of Economics. He is also a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research and a Co-director for the NBER Personnel Economics working group. Dr. Hoffman received his PhD from the University of California, Berkeley in Economics. His research interests include Labor Economics, Personnel and Organizational Economics, and Behavioral Economics.
