Biography
Aparna Howlader is a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in the Department of Environmental and Natural Resource Economics at the University of Rhode Island. She obtained her PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research encompasses a broad interest in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics, with a concentration on the role of land policies in reshaping the path of economic development.
