The Women in Macro Conference aims to bring influential women economists together, particularly in the realm of Macroeconomics. It hopes to feature high-quality work of women in a field in which they are significantly underrepresented. The event will give women economists the opportunity to strengthen their professional networks, especially for those who are beginning their academic careers.
The conference will also include a policy panel featuring Gita Gopinath and Sandra Black, who will discuss the economic impact of COVID-19.
