Biography
Jeffrey Cross in an Economics PhD candidate. His research focuses primarily on environmental policies and energy markets. He works to combine Economic Theory with Econometric techniques to better understand the impacts that policies have on Markets. Prior to his time at UCSB, Cross completed his undergraduate education at Texas Christian University where he obtained a Bachelor's in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Mathematics.
