CV Biography Grant earned a B.A. in Economics at the College of William and Mary in 2005. He is currently studying Economics at the University of California-Santa Barbara and is a fellow in the Economics and Environmental Science program. His advisor is Matthew Kotchen. Robert Deacon and Charles Kolstad are also on his committee.
