Infrastructure
While research and education is the foundation of any good university
department, the symbiotic relationship between faculty and student
cannot take place without the infrastructure of the department in
place. To fulfill the mission of the department, we must move forward
with technology and expand on the bricks and mortar of this fine
institution.
It is gifts like this that makes it possible for the Department of
Economics to better educate its students, communicate with its
intellectual peers, and thereby fulfill the ultimate mission of the
department.

You can also make a tax-deductible donation to the Departmental Infrastructure Fund.
This fund supports a variety of equipment and renovation needs. Much of
the department’s physical plant and furniture in North Hall is aging,
and the technology of instruction is changing very rapidly.
Contributions to this fund help keep our physical plant attractive to
students and visitors, and our instructional technology up to
