Undergraduate Advising Appointments
Fill out this form to schedule a 10-15 minute advising appointment. Appointments are needed Monday through Thursday from 1pm to 4pm. USE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS! Your appointment is not guaranteed until you recieve an email reply which can take up to 36 hours.
Pick a date and up to three time slots; you will recieve an email informing you of when your appointment is. Due to the 36 hour time frame in which you could receive a confirmation
e-mail, please make your appointment date 2-3 days in advance. No next
day appointments will be scheduled. If you need to see an advisor
tomorrow please stop by the undergraduate office during drop-in hours
9a-12p.
